I am aware this law firm was heavily involved with unlicensed real estate agents and just about anyone who can bring in clients, signed exclusive contracts directly with this firm. This practice was illegal and still illegal based on the SB94 law. Further, the law firm was new to the modification process and had jeapardized clients with their trial and error practice on clients. An F rating with BBB speaks for itself. STAY AWAY!!!
