Still waiting for a refund I requested in June 2009. Even after filing a BBB complaint, they still have not sent the refund by the day they said they would. Please do not do business with this company. They are not only beyond tardy, but curt with poor customer service. I am embarrassed to say I fell for the game in the first place...
