I was in my process to purchase a vehicle and they called my wife's cell phone in reguards to purchasing a warranty for the vehicle. They told her that they were from Honda and did not bother asking the actual owner, myself! Then I cancelled the warranty and they told me that I would get the refund back within six to eight weeks, still didn't recieve it and they gave me the run around and told me a different date range, now going on almost twenty weeks and I still haven't recieved my refund. Everytime I try t contact them, I never get a representative, but a answering machine. I left three messages in the past two days and still haven't got a call back! When I was talking to a representative on the phone the first couple of weeks trying to cancel the warranty he asked me what I did for a living and I told him that I was in the military and he giggled, asking me if I really am..
