These people have been calling me for over a year (on my cell phone) and one morning they got me! I wasn't quite awake yet and answered the phone without looking at it. Every other time I've answered it I've always hung up but this time I pressed 1 and talked someone. I had ot a used truck a few weeks ago before they called and didn't get a warranty on it. What they were telling me sounded "good" and of course talked me into getting it. I was told I would get papers in the mail in 3-7 days yeah right! It was 3 weeks later! They didn't even have the city I live in right on my address. I live in Endcott and they had Long Endicott and that's what they asked me if my address was and I has told them no just Endicott! DUH! Well I called to cancle my warranty and they came up with every reason for me not to and even told me that they would call the dealer that I got my truck from and tell them that I would not be needing them because my brother is a mechanic! I was told I would get my refund 12 weeks after they received my canclation letter which was April 9 2009. So now I just waiting to see if I get it! As it looks my chances are slim!
