Do not shop this business on line. In store, it may be a different matter. On line, they delay their shipments (items "backordered" for months), lie about when items will be shipped ("will be shipped tomorrow" or "this week"), ship items not ordered or in vastly different sizes (every item eventually received was different than ordered and instead of 0-3 months size, was 12 to 18 month--said since I was in a rush (3 months later), they thought I would like these items instead) and lie about refunds that never happen ("the check is on it's way"). There are constant excuses as to why they didn't perform their basic duty. I have extensive emails backing up every claim I just made. I do not know how this company stays in business.
