I have had nothing but trouble with this online boutique and would not recommend her to anyone. I have been trying since February to resolve this now and only reported it to the bbb today. She has lied to me about the availability of the goods that I paid for and has blamed everyone from the vendors to the Canadian Mail Strike for the fact that I have not received my refund.
She is not what she is cracked up to be as the Couture for a Cure donation was meant to be sent to my nephew who has Cystic Fibrosis and that never got sent as well.
When she was sent emails by me to find out what was going on she ignored them and only responded when she felt like it. I have found all my dealings with her to be highly dodgy and will never deal with her again after this is resolved.
