I purchased a coupon through screamingdailydeals.com for $25. The purchase was a certificate for $50 worth from babybumpz.com. I made a purchase on 1-3-11 and paid for it using my $25 coupon and $9.35 paid through paypal.com. I never received the item 2-3 weeks as promised. I contacted Jennifer DuPrey of Baby Bump who on 2-28-11 stated it was set to ship that Friday. I never received it. I contacted her again asking for a full refund. On 3-15-11 she stated she would send me the full refund. I never got it. On 3-16-11 she stated her accountant had issued the refund and I should receive it. I never got it. On 5-9-11, she said she needed to look up the order status. On 6-9-11 she responded saying I have been refunded. I explained I have never received a refund. 6-10-11 she stated paypal should have refunded the money and I needed to file a complaint with them and screaming deals. I explained paypal is only $9.35 of the purchase and she has to refund the money I cant do it. She said she will send the full refund amount in a check. I never got it. 6-12-11 She asked to confirm my address. I did and a refund would be sent Monday with a tracking number. 6-13-11 she changes and says she will hand deliver check over the weekend. Then she days a check will be hand delivered Tuesday 6-14-11. Then I get a phone message saying she will deliver the check that night or the next day. I never got it. 7-11-11 I emailed saying I never got the refund and she has not responded. Had to file a report with Better Business Bureau, Dept. of Consumer Affairs, and the Sherriff's Dept. I understand the hardship the business endured but I waited patiently for 7 months for the owner to settle this- she lied, made empty promises, and still never refunded the money or delivered the products- thats horrible business.
