I have tried to contact Bally's on and off again for one full year. The club near my house closed and according to my contract if my club closes and another is more than 10 miles away I can cancel my contract. I have sent letters (more than one) to Bally's containing prof of address, I have sent several emails and stayed on hold with them for hours. No one has responded to my emails, letters or even answered the phone. Shortly I will be moving to Memphis which is >25 miles from any Bally's club. If I can't get a hold of the company then how am I going to get them to quite taking $53 dollars a month from me?
