Bank ready contacted me offering help with a mortgage reduction plan. The cost of $495.00 paid up front. John Briggs said they would be with me though the whole process. They sent me paper work to forward my mortgage company. This was about 6 weeks ago. Since then I have called them 3 times with no response. So much for your grantee or money back still having trouble with paying mortgage do not want to loss my house. Do not pay for a service that you can do on your own for free.
