I found out this company is under investigation by the state attorney general office in Florida.. Being in New York, I find it strange they are still operating under those conditions.. Still asking for a fee to final close your timeshare as sold due to the closing of fraudulent companies as them. I wish I can state more but do call the Florida State Attorney general office before you send any funds to them. Be assured that they will open and operate under another name. good luck out there.. alegna
