So So Unprofessional!!
A salesman from this company has been calling my office for two months. We have politely told him time and time again that we are not interested. He has now begun to call and be extremely rude and vulgar with my secretary. He called yesterday and said he was on the way to our office. My secretary told him I was out of the office and to please stop calling, we are not interested. He began to get very loud and abusive. He then told her that he was almost to our office and now had to turn around. She apologized and stated that we did not have any kind of meeting set up so she did not understand his frustration. He again got very rude with her and said "that's fine, I'll just send you a bill for the gas and time I wasted driving this far"! I know that some company rep will most definitely try to post a comment stating something to the affect that I am not telling the truth. Go for it!!! I have the entire conversation recorded!! My attorney now has a copy as well. It's not hard to be profitable and descent all at the same time. You should try it.

My name is Roger and I am a Customer Service Rep here at Big State Industrial. I believe I spoke to a Brian this morning at your location. I explained to him that we have had no contact with you since 2010. It appears as though you are receiving phone solicitation calls from The Tool Spot, LLC in Arizona. As per our conversation this morning, I made them aware of Brian's complaint and have requested on your behalf that all sales calls cease and desist. Again, let me reiterate, Big State has made absolutely no sales calls to you. We are a local warehouse in Riverside, Ca and do not employ any salesman. I apologize for the treatment you have experienced at the hand of others, and I hope we have been useful in helping you resolve your situation.
