Wow, the nerd rage! I'm a daily player and I don't suffer lag like some people complain about. Perhaps you need to upgrade your hardware, or at the very least, do some maintenance on your system? I have had tickets unanswered for a couple of days myself, and I think they could improve in this area. However, keep in mind they get flooded with tickets every day because some people would rather open a ticket to ask a question about something than to look it up on wowhead. I have personally received excellent customer service from Blizzard going back to the days of Diablo. Most recently I recruited some friends to play WoW. They registered with a different email address than the one I sent their invitations to. I did not realize this immediately and when I contacted Blizzard I got an email from their Customer Service Reps. I was told that this issue must be addressed within 30 days. It had been more than 30 days and I replied and presented my case: Blizzard offers the rocket mount to players for referring friends. I referred 2 friends and they referred another friend. I was responsible for 3 more people playing WoW. I got my rocket mount due to the PERSONAL ATTENTION I was given. I don't think you can get much better than that.
