I had brought a BlueAnt Bluetooth device that stopped working after sometime and when I sent it in for replacement, the nightmare began.
I have called BlueAnt at least 15 times to find out the status and the blue ant reps ask me to call back next week. This has been going on for 2 months.
I have written to their supervisor, customer support team and every email address I can find on their website, to no response.
Do not buy blue ant devices, if you expect any customer service.
If you want feel free to call BlueAnt Support and ask about the case 21329. Hopefully, at least then they will ship me the replacement.
