I too had a defective device, an S4 bluetooth car speakerphone. I sent it to their warehouse along with all the paperwork they asked for, after filling out the form they sent me. That was back in May (it's now the middle of August). Their CS based solely in The Philippines is totally useless. They like to make up things as they go. Every phone call, they tell me something different. They hang up on you when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have promised over the months that a replacement unit is shipping, yet I still have not received anything. A complaint was filed with BBB many weeks ago, but still no response from the company. Basically, I've paid for a unit which broke within a few months of purchasing it, and BlueAnt has decided that they are going to keep my defective unit and send me nothing in return. That sounds like petit larceny to me. BlueAnt is a bunch of thieves it appears!!!!
If I could select zero stars as a rating I would, but this app won't allow it.
