This company is a joke. After 5 days had not received product. I then read the fine print that i should have read initially. It's comical. I ordered their product from an article i read. this is their fine print regarding that article "This website is based loosely off a true story but has been modifed in multiple ways including, but not limited to the story, the photos and the comments. They actually admit essentially that the entire article is a lie. Unreal. When i called to cancel, I could not get thru on their phone line. Each option they gave you including their corporate office, after choosing the option the phone would just go dead or right back to their message of choosing an option. This company should be shut down.

Thank you for your honest opinion. In everything that we send out has multiple contact us options. The label and the packing slip that we mailed out to you has two phone numbers, email, etc.. We consider an email to be effective the date/time it is received. We also have a voice mail system which works the same way as an email. We apologize that you didn't have the best experience but we do consider this account closed.
