I recently purchased cordless power equipment from CPO Outlets. A large deciding factor in the purchase was a $50 rebate offered. Unbeknown to me, the rebate was disallowed if PayPal was used as the payment source. There was fine print stating this in the rebate document that I printed out after completing the transaction. Had I know this in advance, I would have purchase the tools elsewhere or at the very least used an alternative payment source. CPO refuses to make amends and I will be returning the equipment to them at a substantial loss of shipping cost (both to and from) but at least I will be honoring my obligation to them. This company does not operate ethically and should be noted as such. Thank you.
