I recently bought a vehicle from Carmax and regret that decision a million times over. My car was purchased in Aug and I have had it in my possession approx. 16 days, the rest of the time it has been in the service dept. for one thing after another. The sales people at carmax are extremely good at deception. I do have to admit, the service dept has been very good to me, even though each repair takes a week to 10 days to complete. I received a note from my sales person asking me to send family, friends, etc. to purchase a vehicle from him...are you kidding me??? Not in this lifetime or any other....beware of carmax, their sales people and their cars...
