Okay, I feel like a complete idiot. I usually do my research before I do business with someone or with a company, but seeing that Oprah and other celebrities did business with Cash4Gold, I thought this company was legit. I wish I read the reviews on this website because it's true...Cash4Gold will keep your gold and claim your package is lost in the mail especially if they see that it wasn't USPS tracked or insured. I too received calls from their "supervisor" who is probably just a joe blow that works in the back saying that they didn't receive it and if I would like an insurance claim, but since I don't have proof that I mailed it, this would be pointless. PLEASE, do not send your gold to this company!!!
