CV Izidor Almeri (aka Robert Almari) & City View Construction (RMO is Issac Moshe and Officer is David Moshe),were convicted construction fraud on 11-25-09, LA civil case # LC 082508. Judgment with punitive damage against Izidor Almeri is $384,757.50 and judgment with punitive damage, legal, & attorney fee against City View Construction is $619,886.23. Not a single penny has corrected although the legal annual interest rate is 10%. Further legal action is in progress. Check CSLB before you sign contract & pay him and definitely not more than the bond amount. BBB policy does not post court judgments because their main income is from business owners. Issac Moshe also owned Cavalier Builders Inc before the judgment was posted.
