This company hires very sketchy and distrustful people. My roommate let one of their contractors into my room to fix something. She turned her back for 2 minutes and came back and he was just leaving. When I got home I was missing my GPS which I had left pretty out in the open...but its MY room! I fought constantly with the rude agents at the company I spoke to. They sent someone over to take a written statement and left it at that. They asked the installer if he stole my GPS and said no (obviously) and that was that. Now I'm out $200 and cannot afford to replace this. Be careful, Connect Television hires nothing but thieves! Google them and you'll see complaints from other people who have been ripped off by their contractors. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY!!
