Ordered some bookshelves from the SJ store. Owners name is Mike.
apparently 4 x 1/4" brackets were missing (the bag supplied was empty). He refused to send them even after I identified the part number. He insisted that I have to come to him and get them...Even though it was his mistake. I told him I cannot due to family reasons (im not on a LOA for nothing) and even after explaining those reasons he just called me a lazy American and hung up. I called back trying to explain to him it is not my responsibility to fix his mistakes and he continued to be rude,yell, and argue.
Then my wife called....He surrendered :) May the economy take him.
AVOID BUYING ANYTHING AT ANY OF HIS STORES.
HE HAS A "F" RATING FOR A REASON.
