This company is an absolute fraud. They assured me they already had a buyer for my timeshare in Kissimmee, and only needed $1,287 to expedite the title/deed search. That was July 3, 2009.
I have left several messages for Marc Anthony, the agent who was my last contact, and no return calls. In addition, I have faxed a letter requesting a refund, and still have heard nothing.
In addition, I was told not to pay my maintenance fee as it was already sold and the buyer would pay. NOT TRUE! I recently received an overdue notice on my fees from Silver Lake Resort. CVS is a false and deceptive business.
