Disappointing so far.....

Unfortunately, my experience with Crestline has been quite frustrating. I have a very simple transaction - refinance with no cash out, extremely small amount, excellent credit; believe me, it couldn't be much easier. I started this process in the middle of July and now, two months later, I am still waiting for the loan to close - unbelievable! I will most likely abandon the process - just not worth the time and frustration. And, I am also out over $400 for the appraisal....
