We've been living here since August of 2010.
The former building we lived in on the WestSide by the 405 across from I-HOP, had so many enviromental issues, I had to move family out of there.
We now live in a smaller apartment from out older one but we are happier.
My child can play in a safe area.
Once inside our apartment all is quite, unless your the type of tenant who hangs out in the halls.
Yet I haven't seen anyone hanging in the halls. In my opinion, the people who live here are professional people and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.
If our apartment needs repairs, they will be fixed asap.
I love living close to the beach, the cool breezes that flow thru my windows.
Close to shopping, buses, gas stations and cool nearby hotels/B&B's for when your family wants to pay you a visit from out of town.
