I never thought I would be saying this about a mortgage broker, but the experience working with Joseph on my refinance was great. Joseph always replied promptly to my questions (sometimes within minutes). I am happy with the rate he helped me acquire (have you ever heard of 2.8% apr 15yr for a tenant occupied condo?
