There are not enough thumbs down I could manufacture to express how terrible this company is…THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE.
On a small move that had roughly $10,000 in goods, there was some breakage to a few items that totaled about $300. I went through a very clumsy process to fill out paperwork twice and send pictures. I even went as far as giving them the links to replacements.com that validated the cost of the damaged items. You can only guess the response…that’s right…a form letter denying the claim with all the legal mumbo jumbo pointing out how they were “right” because certain unpacking procedures were not followed to the letter and that I now have an “opportunity” to go through another claims/appeal process. No thank you. I followed up with a note to them that acknowledged that they were “technically” correct in their assessment, but the outcome made no business sense. I tried to appeal to their business judgment (why risk losing future business over a couple hundred dollars) and gave them the opportunity to rectify the situation. Guess what? I got an email from Kelly Reed who insulted me with her arrogance and condescending communication. So I am following up with what I told them I would do and share my experience so that other prospective customers don’t get the same treatment and result as me. What a bunch of knucleheads…
