I purchased a C600 Dell laptop for my son for his birthday. College expense. It had a charging issue after about 6 months. I contacted EZnet Transactions, and within days had a RMA issued for the laptop. Needless to say I was reimbursed the full purchase price of the laptop. EZnet Transactions stood true to their word on the warranty. Thanks Greatly;
