I bought a car from ESM on 8-5-11 and it had issues which took 2 weeks to resolve. Picked up car on 8-20-11, and still do not have the DMV tags (today 10-11-11). Despite the assurance of the salesman,Robert,who lied to me; the owner,Steve,who also lied to me and gave me the run around; and their secretary,Elizabeth,also has lied to me, none of them has been able to tell me when they submitted the paperwork to the DMV. Every time I call,multiple times,nobody "has the key to the file cabinet", or he or she is on vacation. Today(10-11-11) I spoke with a new person Amir and he promised to resolve this issue, we'll see. Bottom line do not fall for their line "We want your business and your family and friends business too!" DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SLEAZY, SLIPPERY PEOPLE! They want your money and do not provide any customer service. Also after I picked up the car a warning light came on,which didn't come on during my test drive,ending up costing $1500 to fix and it would have cost more but I did some of the work myself. I repeat "DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM EUROPEAN SELECT MOTORS!"
