I like it..but you to be prepared to work for results

I have been a member of Experts Exchange for about 10 years. The community is constructive and works well in my opinion if: 1. If you consider question as the first step in clarification. 2. If you take the time to work through that clarification process
to come to satisfactory answer..from either the person asking or answering. If you are looking for just a place where your question gets an automatic answer...buyer beware...it takes work from both sides..so be prepared. I am sold on the community..but have
to be realistic about the process. The database resources work well and the articles and videos by the participants are very helpful...It just isn't about the question..answer process..Also it is easy to communicate privately with the community through the
interface if you need specific help on a project or question. I have also gotten good support from the help desk...but the interface needs little help..it is well done and has been redesigned many times to enhance it features....thumbs up
