WARNING - Here is my current experience with Fantasy Island BBQs - All company phone numbers are "NO LONGER IN SERVICE" (Murrietta showroom and San Diego showroom) - the factory phone number voicemail box has been full for over a week and the website is not in operation!!! For all of you future customers - Why would you ever want to do business with a company who won't allow you to get in contact with them? I sure see SHADY with this company and it isn't because of their umbrellas or palapas. On June 1, I purchased a BBQ island (paid in full like an idiot) at the Anaheim Home Show from Salesman Jorge (and also had "assistance" from sales woman Shaney, and on the contract it stated it would be delivered "ASAP". The following Tuesday, June 3rd my husband called to leave a message about construction and delivery (because of course no one answered), and then got a call back that it would be delivered on July 1. On July 1st, since no one contacted us, I started my feverish calling to get in contact with ANYONE and it is now July 7th and for 6 days no phone number works, or if it does, "the mailbox is full". The website is also not working - unbelievable!!!! Well, the jokes on me as the consumer - I had a bunch of people over for the 4th of July and no BBQ, no calls from the company, no delivery, and NO WAY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM. At least with these other reviews, they even had a bbq, regardless of how damaged it was, and was able to get through on the phone to human beings - even if they say the wait was 45 minutes on hold. Please, please, please - think twice about doing business with this company. Thanks
