I have the utmost faith in Michael's judgment and value his intervention to provide appropriate direction in a situation I was not familiar with. Michael's ability to handle a challenging situation and make the best decisions are consistent and appreciated. I felt no pressure from a business standpoint from the first call to Fastrak. Even though I believe we must all be accountable for our own actions, Michael helped our family member out of the immediate situation of incarceration. Michael's profession requires gaining the trust of the public he deals with, and requires consistency and follow through, his actions speak loudly of his outstanding capabilities. Most of all what was important was the safety of a family member from a volatile situation, his intervention and interposition was amazing. In just a few short hours our family member was released. Michael's prompt action ensured me I was in the best hands and the best professional level of delivery from an unfortunate situation. Thank You Michael!!!
