Well, with a first name of an Archangel (Michael) and the last name Fidelis which has some Latin base about fidelity, truth and such, it's not surprising that Mike took the 2:30 am call from home and sprung into action right away, getting my friend released. Friendly, fast and down to earth, I'd give my blanket recommendation.
