Chrysler Sold as Premium Warranty but Poor Plan - They Know What Exclusions to Pick-Worthless

We were sold a premium plan service plan from a Chrysler Dealer and one of the few times our car needed the warranty it was excluded. The car overheated and we brought it in and thought it would be covered - IT AS NOT. We paid a lot of money on a premium warranty and it is worthless because they seem to know what exclusions to exclude. Very upset with Chrysler and Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc.
Even the Chrysler deal service rep. was surprised it was not covered who works with warranty plans all the time.
