My and I brought our home May 28, 2015 Fidelity Warranty was who we sign up with it was the worsts mistake of our lives. We started having problems with our Ac so we called Fidelity like we were told to do. The sent a electrician out three time for the same thing. Months later we call them because our breaker panel was smoking where the guy did the work. So we called Fidelity again explaining what was going on. We then asked them can they send out someone else. And they did! But when the second electrician came out he was able to tell us that the person they sent out could've burn down our home because he used the wrong materials in wiring our home good thing we smelled it in time. So now Fidelity wants me and my husband to pay over $800.00 to correct this problem and they pay 1083.00 that's not right we told them. They should be asking the electrician they sent out here to pay that he did the work. As up 10/26/2016 we are without heat and the Av and Fidelity is trying to through us under the bus but we will continue too fight. And get a lawyer this need to stop! they need to stop this con that are doing too people. Be watchful who you use to be your warranty company.
