NOTICE:

All person inquiring about this company and any of others like it. If you or any of your employees are approached by someone you do not know, do not already contract with or have any question regarding their legitimacy, prevent their entry to your business. Obtain a vehicle description, license plate number and if possible a brief description of the individual, and write this information down on paper or back of you hand. Contact your Police Department first, and then contact your Fire Department, and more specifically the Fire Marshal or Fire Prevention bureau. Report that you have someone onsite attempting to burglarize your business and attempting to defraud you. These are legitimate crimes, and these are some of the many charges that would be part of any criminal complaint.

If you find yourself already the victim of this company or one like it, unless you pay your bill NO CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED. If you do not pay your bill and have not received a invoice zeroing out any balance due, you will find yourself the subject of a very uncomfortable collection process. Again this company is one of many who are a part of a very large and seemingly sophisticated network of companies that focus on fire protection servicing and inspections.

As a fire department official, and investigator of these crime for the past several years, the only certain method to prevent you and your neighboring businesses from becoming victims, is to exercise your right to refuse entry. ALWAYS ASK FOR AN IDENTIFICATION, NOT A BUSINESS CARD, BUT A GOVERNMENT ISSUED I.D. CARD. Ask to contact their employer before allowing any work to proceed, AND NEVER SIGN ANY FORMS THAT YOU DO NOT READ FIRST.
