I certainly wish I had checked here first prior to ordering with Five Star Fido!! I order online so often with great success I didn't think I'd be having as rotten of a time with this company! I placed an order and they immediately took the money out of my checking account. After 3 weeks I hadn't received the product (their website said I should have it in a week) so I sent an email through their website. They claimed they never received that and I only received a response after I sent multiple emails straight from my email account. They have given me nothing but the run around. They emailed me back indicating the product was on a "short" backorder of a month. Then the next day they emailed me telling me they wouldn't be getting it in. It's been 3 weeks since I received that email and sent a response requesting a refund of my money and have heard NOTHING from them. I asked them in one of my emails if they were a valid company or just a "front". They didn't seem to appreciate that, but with the level of customer service one has to wonder... They certainly don't seem to appreciate their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
