Hello
I am a Home Health Care Nurse and recently have had one patient lose a lot of interest in On-Line shopping. He tells me that on his order with Furi Brands Inc. He initially saw a infomercial on the diamond fingers knife sharpeners and was intrigued and decided to call the number on the screen and order this product. At no time during the phone call did the sales associate mention that the sharpeners would be 15.00 for shipping . He understood that the sharpeners themselves would cost 14.94 and when he received his credit card billing statement I informed him that the cost of shipping was more than the sharpeners themselves. This was a two for one purchase , so I guess they say two for one , but what they mean is that they sneak the price of the second sharpener in with the shipping cost. He has yet to receive any sharpeners and it has been almost two months.
