Be wary of this company and the services they provide. If something goes wrong with your character, it may take weeks, or even months, to hear back from Gpotato/Gala-Net.
They "milk" their cash shop for money, and tell lies to the community to placate them. They then "apologize", while not really caring at all. They give no/few real updates to the players.
After months of asking for a particular bug to be fixed, nothing has happened. However, if something goes wrong with the cash shop, there is an "emergency maintenance" within a few hours.
Actually Gpotato has multiple millions of players just in the game Rappelz. The games ARE FUN, but the management is HORRIBLE. Stay away from the Cash Shop!
