I play Allods Online and my character's name was changed because it was deemed inappropriate by the Allods Team.I did not agree with their judgement however the Allods Team stated that their judgement was final and that they were allowed to deem a name inappropriate regardless of player opinion and third party evidence.
They directed me to read the EULA however the EULA never stated that the Allods Team had veto powers when it came to judging the appropriate names. I requested a name change to something else other than my original name which they found to be appropriate however they did not comply with my request. My character had lost its identity and was unplayable and I had to restart a new character.
Surprisingly my name was changed immediately after I purchased a bound item worth US$30 on the character who had its name changed. I requested for the item to be transferred to my new character however they did not agree to this as well.
Gala-net does not care about customers, only their wallets. I do not recommend dealing with this company as their methods are fraudulent.
