Georgia Estate Homes is like a fanthom, you don't get updates about the status of closing on a property. I waited 3 1/2 years with my deposit in their escrow account (that has disappeared). December of 08 i requested my deposit back because their customer service is horrible and unprofessional and the business as a whole is inadequate. Their refund policy is 60-90 days and of course it has passed that time frame and i'm still getting the run around.
