DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE NOTARY SERVICE--- 3/12/2010
The gentleman who owns this business, named Phil, is a very rude individual. He has no concept of customer service, treating people right, and behaving in a way that will encourage people to want his services.
I asked him simple questions on the phone to make sure I was doing my Notary process correctly
He was:
Belligerent
Rude
Unhelpful
Condescending
Completely Awful!
And, there are cheaper companies out there who are VERY nice to you and actually provide some customer support.
I would not recommend doing any business with this company, giving them any of your money, or supporting them in any way.
