Basically I purchased their Stainsafe Warranty. Had a claim 03/30/2009 and was told it would be 5-7 days until a technician came out to my home. I have called several times and was told someone would be returing my call for directions etc...This is June 16, 2009 and they have done NOTHING about my claim. I paid a premium price for their services and am receiving absolutely NOTHING for what I paid. Not even the courtesy of a return phone call. My son has disabilities and needs what I bought and insured with their company. They have not only let me down, but someone who is completely unable to defend for himself.
VERY POOR SERVICE!
