I always thought this was supposed to be bought by your dealer who sells the cars. So for the last 14 years, on all 3 cars my hubs has just tacked on the maintenance plan, windshield services, and extended warranties from the dealership(and adding hmm, i'd say about $10k, to our financing everytime!) Low and behold, the Mrs. can shop for car stuff too. ;) I was in hot water at first; how on Earth can this little lady purchase an high level extension of coverage on a 7 year old suv?? (2005 RX300) Haha, the hubs roused me and asked me to cancel, so when i called Ray in their billing office, she made life a bit easier with payments and was a pleasure to speak with. In fact, the sales rep, and everyone are very old fashioned which we appreciate. Fast forward 2 1/2 months, fuel pump has been taken care of, and hubs is elated. We done good. I got the fuel reimbursed too. (oh, and yay we're the 2nd review!!)
