Regarding: Hill Street Jewelers, Inc.
AKA Hot Jewelry Auctions.com d/b/a Jewelry Overstock Auctions and Paramount Auctions, et al.
SCAM & FRAUD ALERT !!!
Personal experience:
MY experience with this business started in March 2011.
I purchased "Genuine" and "New" jewelry advertised by said business hosted at an auction website: http://www.liveauctioneers.com/browse
My total came up to almost $3,000 USD (including a 15% non-refundable auction premium based on your total invoice).
To the point, the order I received was severely not as advertised with words such as costume jewelry, fake, counterfeit, fraud and scam coming to mind. I immediately contacted the seller, spoke with the supervisor/owner named Joe.

I experienced the same vile and belligerent treatment from Joe.

(notice it explicitly states that it exclusively produces documents for auction sales for Hot Jewelry Auctions)
Long story short, after filing a claim with paypal I finally was awarded my refund and it's now already May!
If you find yourself entangled with this bottom-feeder, file a police report for fraud and turn in your evidence to the department of consumer affairs and/or the attorney general of california.
In a nutshell, either give him your money for nothing or don't do businesses with him expecting to get your moneys worth.
