Absolutely horrible

They do not do background checks well at all. All they do is demand that you find paystubs constantly. They don't even ping you updates in timely manners so you'll constantly be blindsided by their updates. You do your own background check and will spend a good portion of your time wondering if it's even possible to get hired on the account of the fact that "they can't confirm" anything.
