Taking over two months and several phone calls and emails with not success to get a personal copy of my background report

The customer service responses seem to be quick at the beginning. But the customer service can do nothing to ensure that something actually occur.
I received an email that I could view my background report through a link after a background check was completed. But I could not view anything after I logged in online. Then I called and email the customer service. I was told that they could email me. I waited for a couple of days and nothing was received. I called again and I was told by a different customer service rep that I had to submit an online request to have the background report mailed to me. Then I submitted the request.
I waited for two months and still have not received the report. I had to call them again and customer rep told me that no record was found for me requesting the report. I had to request it again. I did it today. And hopefully I would receive it after 15 more business days.
