These guys are terrible. They call and harass my husband at work, and call our house at all hours. We have told them we didn't want products and they were sent anyways and we were billed. We sent them back and now refuse drop off when UPS delivers them. Once when we sent back something UPS they called us and claimed to be the UPS company requesting information on why we refused drop off. Then the guy admitted he was a salesman. My husband told him not to call back. Several people have called us back offering promotional stuff like can coolers, a catalog, and t-shirts. We never got anything except more calls with the same offer. They have also hung up on my husband several times and told very lewd jokes. We have been in contact with Jim Nelson, 760-514-2573, one of the salesmen, quite a bit lately. I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you call him with complaints or questions. And remember, you can refuse drop off so they can't send you additional items. That is our strategy.
