Call you with their number blocked and tell you about all the "high-quality" tools they want to give you, if you just make one purchase of say, 120 grinding or cutting wheels, at over $500. The freebies weren't all that great of quality, and the grinding
wheels are very expensive. When I sent my payment, I asked to cancel my account, and not call me again. Today I get another "number unavailable" call, first on my house line, and then on my cell. It's the owner and he tells me they've just contracted with
Porter Cable and SnapOn and they want to give me a free upgrade on the 4" angle grinder they sent me. I just have to agree to let him send me a 1" 2000lb torque air ratchet, aluminum pipewrenchs, and some specially bent and offset open end wrenches, and then
be obligated to pay. When I sounded annoyed, the owner sounded way more annoyed, and told me he had better things to do than to waste his time on me. The back page of their invoice has a ton of fine print telling how they can go after you for non-payment or
not meeting their terms, but the owner reminds this is true of your credit card or electric bill as well. Though BBB does not rate them under any of their names, there are many other negative reviews all over the internet. The owner assures me all these negative
reviews are just from bitter competitors. Stay away from this place!
