I wanted to thank ISI on behalf of our company for all their hard work. I wanted to express my appreciation for Michael specifically. He was very professional and I have to commend him on his communication skills. He spent a good deal of time explaining the whole process and answering a great deal many questions. This was time we were not billed for and it went a long way in building trust in him and his methods. In little over two weeks, he was able to identify some real areas of concern some of which we were not even aware of. With his guidance and knowledge, we were able to come up with a plan of attack. Most of the changes we need to make will come well after our engagement is over. We have the upmost confidence in Michael’s abilities and recommendations and look forward to working with him again in the future.
