I feel that the Ultra Frame Pool sold by Intex is a WASTE OF MONEY. Pool pump it comes with states it is strong enough to keep pool clean and it is NOT. We rane the pump day in and day out cleaning the filter 3-4 times a day with all proper chemicals and it was still turning green. We purchased a larger pump at a $300 value to keep pool clean but figured it was a good investment since we would have the pool for a couple of seasons. Again NOT. We set up our pool (5/2011) this summer season (just purchased it 6/2010) to find the seems have ripped and now leaking. Customer service and management not very informative or useful. I would like to say something nice about Intex and their products but so far I can not.
